A Catholic priest in Pottstown, Pennsylvania is in trouble thanks to Candy Crush Saga.
ReverendΒ Lawrence KozakΒ was charged with theft and related crimes forΒ spending $40,000 in church funds over three years on Candy Crush Saga and Mario Kart Tour.Β
An accountant for the church was stunned by the βastronomical amount of Apple transactionsβ he found while reviewing the books.
Kozak also had an Amazon account linked to the church that he bought personal stuff with and was removed in 2022.
